Ok it has been like 22 days since I injured my leg and I have spent a bunch of time pedaling my bike to try and build it back up. So today I decided to give it a try and hit up the Big Springs 8k Loop for my first run back and it went well, I spent the run working on my run gate and trying to shorten it and land more on my toes instead of my heal or the mid foot. My uphill push I worked on pushing more from the hip and less from the knee.

I love trail running it clears my head and gives me time to work through things in my life with a clear response!

Check out the video and for more get over to my Video blog.
