My name is Bill Messick and this is my personal website and blog, I live in Pleasant Grove Utah with my wife Theda and two dogs Jack and Sam. This site is my personal diary and is where I post my daily adventures on the trails with photos and videos and a post or two. My outdoor activities include mountain biking, trail running, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing. I usually do something everyday seven days a week and rarely take a break from the trails and mountains. I love it out there, the trail is where I get my best peace and think of it as a break in my life. If you have spent much time on the trails in Utah then I'm sure you have run, rode or skied into me.

New Trail Network – Trail Crony

I know I haven’t been around much since the move to Oklahoma, It was a bit of a trail shock to say the least! What I have been up to is a new website for all trail users called Trail Crony, this is a Multi-Use Trail Network with a FREE user area where you can make friends and share stories with like-minded people.

Linking Trails Boiling Springs POV

Boiling Springs State Park has a nice mix of short sweet trails to ride but if you string them together they make for a good solid ride with a bunch of great ride mixes!
